I'm prepared to edit binary files or use small programs, but don't really want to buy any kind of software. The closest I got was this thread where the guy quotes someone saying that the method should work for anything, but it doesn't seem like he knows what he's talking about (NOT THAT I DO I'm no better lol) because the whole tutorial just didn't match my save file. I found a bunch of stuff for other games, but not for Mario Kart Wii.
I searched the web as much as I could for solutions.
For reasons I just won't get into, I need to use an NCSC-U version of the game now. I have been seriously grinding out Mario Kart Wii recently, and I was using a PAL version.
